Request for help
If your question has not been fully answered in the Help Center, you can submit a request to expand the Help Center directly in the Help Center or in the platform.
Request directly in the help center
At the end of each article or on the homepage, you will find a button to submit a request.

Select an Image
If you are not logged in to the platform, you will be redirected to the login of your digital customer platform and then forwarded directly to the form. If you are logged in, the login step will be skipped.
Request in the platform
You can also request help directly in the platform. To do this, navigate to your account, followed by "Request help".

This will immediately open the form in which you can describe your problem.
Fill in the form correctly
Please enter the following details to submit a help request:
- a descriptive title
- a detailed description of your question/problem
